TendWell provides general dog care information and AI-assisted visual health observations for informational purposes only. Nothing in this app constitutes veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your dog's medical needs. In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency animal hospital immediately.
You agree to use TendWell only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored on it.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of TendWell.
The Health Scan feature uses AI to surface observations based on photos you submit. These observations are not a substitute for professional veterinary evaluation. Results may be inaccurate. TendWell is not liable for any actions taken — or not taken — based on scan results.
TendWell and all related content, trademarks, and design are the property of TendWell and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
TendWell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TendWell and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of TendWell after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
